How to Check Your Travel Voucher Status
Use the Online Payment Status Tool to enter your Travel Order or Authorization Number and view the current payment status. The tool is available to all users who need to see if DFAS has processed a voucher. (Primary source)
If you are an Army active duty, Reserve, National Guard, or Defense Agency member, log into myPay and choose the option that shows “Travel Voucher Advice of Payment.” This displays vouchers that DFAS is currently reviewing or has paid. (Primary source)
Travelers who do not use the Defense Travel System can call a self‑service telephone line. You will need to provide your social security number and your self‑service PIN to verify your identity before receiving voucher status information. (Primary source)
Casualty or Wounded Warriors should reach out by email or phone to a dedicated DFAS contact to inquire about their voucher status. (Primary source)
